Antrobus – A Country Parish at the Millennium

For its pilot study the group decided to produce a book that recorded all that was considered to be part of the heritage of Antrobus. In many ways it was a successor to the book by the prominent naturalist A.W. Boyd entitled ‘A Country Parish’. He lived in the parish from 1919 to 1959 and was an authority on its history.

Our book is a comprehensive record of the parish as it stood in 2000. It consists of over 200 A4 pages and has about 200 photographs. It was produced and printed by the group in colour and 250 copies sold. Since selling the colour laser printer to realise funds there has been a steady demand for the book and we have had black/white copies printed. These cost £10.50 each, p&p extra.
